Hi, I’m Hannah (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and DBT Therapist based in Oklahoma City. I specialize in working with people who feel things deeply- those navigating intense emotions, complex trauma, or identities that the world hasn’t always (if ever) treated kindly. I'm here for the misfits, the folks who have ever been told they’re “too much,” “too broken,” or “unhelpable.” (Spoiler alert: You are so not).
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 after completing two years of clinical internship at The Healing Arts Studio in Little Rock, Arkansas—a private practice specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). While there, I received intensive training and completed Marsha Linehan’s Foundational DBT Certification.
After graduation, I spent three years working in group practice settings as a Psychotherapist, DBT Group Coordinator, and Interim DBT Program Director. In those roles, I carried an individual caseload, ran DBT skills groups, led DBT consultation teams, and helped develop programming from the ground up. Eventually, I left agency work to start DBT Project: Oklahoma in 2024, a space where I could offer therapy that’s radically client-centered, deeply compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care without the red tape.
DBT Project: Oklahoma is a secular and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming space. I work with older teens and adults who are often navigating things like:
If you’ve ever felt out of place in therapy or in life, I’d be honored to meet you there. I offer a cozy, safe, and slightly quirky space where your story gets to unfold at your pace. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about honoring your survival, helping you reconnect with yourself, and building a life that finally feels worth living.
